Chapter1-The Experience ...an unlawful....

Intro...

Well to start with I would like you all to know that I passed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for Sri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engg. and Tech., Bareilly.

After that I was jobless and so came to Delhi like many of my batchmates and got job with CTGP after around a month and half. It was a small private limited company with a Lala as its Chairman.

Now CTGP is actually a half a century old company in various fields like industrial products, OTR*  and special application tyres, Runflat Wheel Assemblies, Conveyors, Rubber Linings etc.. Everyone of you know what industrial products and tyres are, so I would tell you what runflat wheel assemblies are. These are specially for the Armoured and bullet proof vehicles used by army, para milatary forces and police for combat operations and also for carrying defence personnels in sensitive areas. It is also is used to carry VVIPs like P.M., C.M....etc... As it is a special product and of strategic importance and the company only provides these products which are internationally tested and approved so is a high volume and high profit business for the company with much less competition.

When I joined I was attached to this division of the company which what they call is "Security Division". In the beginning I find it interesting and enthusiast with my work in the company. I was like satisfied that I had a job and now could take proper care of myself and my family.

Now in this division there were few people of the company who were directly related to it as was I and my HOD. Yeah...how could I forget to Introduce my HOD to u guys....Her name was "Nihita Madam". She was one of the oldest employee of the company and had been in the company for more than half of her life. I don't know much people who serve in one company for that long till its a big company with chances to grow till the seventh skies, which my company was really not. Well I can't help it it was her choice and she was doing her work with dedication.

Beside her in Workshop I had to deal with the arrogant, sttuborn yet what we called jugaadu person. He was the workshop Incharge Mr. RKT (Ram Kishan Tripathi). A 27 years old employee of the company (in my mind I thought ohh!!! 27 years....my age is not yet that much.....how could people work so long at one place.....!!!!). He was working for last 27 years with the same people and actually that made him that much arrogant, I came to understand later.

And if that was not enough I was sometimes working directly under the supervision and control of my MD Mr. Utkal Manohar Singh. He is a true businessman and what I liked most in him is his business sense. Though he is demanding perfection and results every time and I sometimes find myself struggling to deliver what was expected from me under that pressure.

But rest all was good, I had some great colleagues to work with. I had Krish(my classmate from college)  with me as a colleague and we used to support and help each other when anyone of us finds it difficult to cope. He was with the Conveyor division and mostly on travel and was working directly under Mr. Rahul Utkal Singh (son of Chairman) who is actually athe most unreasonable person I had seen on this earth in my life till now.

And yeah a disadvantage which comes as u enter Mechanical  Engineering, finding girls nearby is always scarce and similarly there were no girls in my company too. Or if I could say girls of my age group whom u could hangout. So its sometimes was hard to pass time when load used to be low. So like this  I came to know the importance of girls in life too. Though I still do not have any girl friend...(any one available out there...)

* OFF THE ROAD TYRES term usually used for tyres used in mining and other earth mover machines.

Chapter 4- The Experience...An Unlawfull.....

The Preparation I had till now decided to go for the assignment and prove myself after all opportunity never comes again and again on your door. I was a bit excited from inside and a little bit nervous too. That time I could say it was a mixed type of feeling on percentage basis it could be, 50% excitement and 50%  fear, or 80% excitement and 20% fear, or may be vice verca i.e., 20% excitement and 80% fear. Well I really was not able to understand what I was feeling at that time and thats the best part of it. Sometimes getting out of your comfort zone helps to you see the things in this world which you really admire, events from which you take lessons and memories which you cherish through your whole life, and thats really what all life is all about. Isn't it????? So I started the preparations ... What I needed for this kind of assingment, I sat down on my chair in the cabin and listed down all the things on my note pad. The list was something...

Its not what u think..!!

Its not what u think, neither its what u want..!! Its not what others thinks, nor they would have wanted..!! Its certainly not what it seems, it may be everything what no one thought..!! But its just everything what was required..!! Its life...live it fully..!!! #LiveLifeLoveLife -AB

Chapter 8- An Experience....The Unlawful one...!!!

The Tipsy Turn As I followed the vehicle I called my office at Delhi to give the instant report that I was behind the vehicle which I thought was the testing vehicle. It was also to let them call and confirm from the informer that I was behind the actual vehicle only which was supposed to be used during the tests. My doubts about the vehicle were cleared instantly over the phone as they also got it confirmed from their informer that the it was the same vehicle which was going for tests. Though the informer didn't knew that I was behind the vehicle but his info was a bit relaxing for me. We continue to keep pace with vehicle while maintaining the appropriate distance from it as to not to arise any suspicion. The road was having ups and downs just like peaks and valleys as it is on hill roads and we were losing and gaining sight of the vehicle regularly. These ups and downs were there because the whole area was built on the plateau by cutting rocks and clearing bushe...
