Had visited Udaipur for the first time in my life.
I could not visit the places of tourist interest due to my work but yeah I was lucky I guess as I visited this place during the last phase of monsoon.
For Udaipur is in the middle of Aravallis, which is the only hill range in Rajasthan. At this particular time the hills are so green and looking so exotic that sometimes it felt that they are more green than Himalayas. Actually they are as we had chopped all the trees from there. I had thought of Aravallis as of rocky hills with no trees but i felt good after proved wrong.
I had gone to mines for my work which is 20 km from main city and the way goes via valley of the hills. I would say the scenery was awesome. Felt great coming to this place and would again like to come but at that time as a tourist...:)
